Jaguars waive-injured Taylor Price

The Jacksonville Jaguars waived-injured former New England Patriots third-round wide receiver Taylor Price and cut wide receiver Charles Gilbert. Last year, the Jaguars were awarded Price off waivers as the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets all put in competing waiver claims with the Jaguars having the higher priority.

Price was drafted 90th overall two years ago out of Ohio University.

However, he was inactive for all but one game in 2011 when he caught three passes for 41 yards in the regular-season finale.

He caught two passes for 39 yards last season with the Jaguars.
