Warfield, a 6-foot, 200-pound former Nebraska Cornhusker, has appeared in 115 games accumulating 393 career tackles, 20 interceptions returning three for touchdowns, 1 sack, 63 passes defended, 5 forced fumbles and 3 fumble recoveries.
The eight-year defender has spent his entire career in Kansas City as a key member of the Chiefs secondary. Warfield was originally drafted by Kansas City in the seventh round of the 1998 NFL Draft (216th overall). He made one start his sophomore season, three the following year and became a full time starter in 2001 at right cornerback.
