Chris Hanson is in his seventh year in the league, and headed to his fifth team. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Marshall product was recently released by the New Orleans Saints. Hanson joined New Orleans in May 2007 and managed 5 punts for 203 yards, averaging 40.6 yards per punt and 39.2 yards net per punt.
Hanson was originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent by the Cleveland Browns on April 23, 1999. He spent time during the preseason with Cleveland (1999). He also spent time with the Green Bay Packers (1999), Miami Dolphins (2000) and the Jacksonville Jaguears (2001-06) before joining the Saints in May 2007.

Baugher joined the Patriots on October 10, 2006, when the team signed him to the practice squad. The 5-foot-10, 194-pound Arizona product participated in NFL Europa, playing for the Rhine Fire.
Baugher was originally signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2006. He recorded 9 punts for 403 yards averaging 44.8 yards per punt and 42.7 net yards per punt.
