The New England Patriots have agreed to contract terms with fourth-round pick (no. 23 in the round/#123 overall) OL Rich Ohrnberger, a league source told Scout.com. It's a four-year deal worth roughly $2.20 million. The deal includes a $451,000 signing bonus. Last year's No. 23 pick in the fourth round, RB Tashard Choice/Dallas Cowboys, received a signing bonus of $439,000.

The former Penn St. University offensive lineman is expected to play guard this season and has a chance to start down the line if the team doesn't re-sign RG Stephen Neal, who is on the final year of his contract.

Ohrnberger is the first of New England's 2009 draft class to agree to a contract.
