To our readers: If you have a moment between the fireworks, the beach trip or even between turns standing over the grill, remember to thank our service men and women, especially the veterans.
You can help the Patriots Cheerleaders who are planning a trip to visit the troops this summer. The Cheerleaders plan on distributing hand made cards and letters on their 10-day trip to Southeast Asia. Though they cannot deliver personally addressed mail, they can deliver well wishes.
Cards must be received by July 14, and can be mailed to:
