PRO CAREER: Selected to first career Pro Bowl as a special teams pick following 2006 season after being named an alternate in 2004 and 2005... The special teams standout has recorded 53 tackles on that unit since joining Chicago during the 2005 preseason, the most by any Bears player over that time… Has registered 95 special teams tackles, 2 opponent fumble recoveries and 2 forced fumbles in 64 career games played over the course of 4 NFL seasons… Named to Pro Football Weekly/Pro Football Writers Association’s All-NFL and All-NFC teams for performance during 2006… First alternate to the Pro Bowl as a special teamer in 2005 after being named a second alternate to the Pro Bowl with Miami in 2004 while also picking up All-Pro honors by espn.com and Sports Illustrated in 2005… Has recorded 42 career tackles with 1 INT and 1 PBU in limited duty as a reserve linebacker… Has 10 special teams tackles in 4 career postseason contests… Entered professional football in 2000 in the CFL, played in NFL Europe in 2001 and returned to CFL in 2002… Totaled 42 special teams tackles from 2003-04 with Miami.
