High School: Lichtensteiger is a 2003 graduate of Crestview High School in Van Wert, Ohio... named first-team All-Northwest Conference offensive and defensive lineman, and conference Lineman of the Year, both his junior and senior seasons... was also first-team All-Ohio both seasons while earning district Lineman of the Year his senior campaign... had 125 tackles and eight sacks his senior year, while recording 100 tackles and six sacks his junior year... coached by Chad Williams... also lettered in basketball and track... four-year scholar-athlete in football and basketball.
