How Acquired: Signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 2, 2008.

A solid and durable run-stuffer who played in all 37 games over his final three seasons ... played in 41 career games, including 20 starts, all at defensive tackle ... a consistent performer in his final three years ... plays with very good leverage ... took over one of the starting DT spots in the spring of 2007 after serving as a part-time starter as a junior.
