LB Adalius Thomas: Will He Continue To Contribute?

LB Adalius Thomas returned to the lineup Sunday after sitting out last week's game as a healthy scratch. He finished with one tackle as the starting outside linebacker and also forced a hurried throw on another occasion. Thomas did not play much in the second half, which might've had more to do with the lopsided score than anything else. Still, this wasn't the kind of impact performance the Patriots are expecting on a weekly basis.

"He's a good contributor," head coach Bill Belichick said. "He's contributed a lot for us over the last two years. I'm sure he will continue to in the future."
