Eagles rule out Vick, Maclin

The Philadelphia Eagles will have to face the New York Giants on Sunday night without the services of quarterback Michael Vick and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin. The team downgraded both players from questionable to out today, and both players won't make the trip to New York. Vick is dealing with a rib injury, and Maclin has shoulder and ankle problems. Vince Young will start in place of Vick.

And the Eagles will likely use Riley Cooper at wide receiver. The Eagles also promoted wide receiver Chad Hall to the active roster from the practice squad this week. For more coverage of the NFL, go to profootball.scout.com. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider
