When teams sign aging veterans, sometimes it is out of necessity, and sometimes it's because the player is the perfect fit for what they're trying to do. While safety John Lynch wasn't exactly working out in Denver, he became a good fit in New England without even seeing the field. Time will tell if that fit is so "perfect."
